Respecting your time and ours

1. Introduction

 

The Stevens Standard Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing professionalism, consistency and an exceptional client experience.

We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can arise.

We kindly request that all clients keep The Stevens Standard informed as early as possible if your appointment is affected. As this is a reservation-based studio, last-minute cancellations have a direct impact on our business and livelihood. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

— A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

— Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

 

3. Same-Day Cancellations

 

— Same-day cancellations are treated as a no-show.

— The deposit will be forfeited.

 

4. No-Shows

 

A no-show is defined as:

— Failing to attend an appointment
— Cancelling without notice

​

Consequences may include:

​

— Loss of deposit
— Requirement of full prepayment for future bookings
— Possible refusal of future appointments

 

5. Emergencies & Exceptions

​

— True emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.

— The studio must be notified as soon as possible.

— Documentation may be requested for repeat occurrences, i.e. Doctor’s note.

— Repeated emergency cancellations may still result in policy enforcement.

 

6. Technician Cancellation Policy

 

In the unlikely event that The Stevens Standard must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases:

— Any deposit or payment made will be fully refunded, or

— The client may choose to reschedule at no penalty

​

The Stevens Standard will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client, including but not limited to travel, parking, or lost time.

7. Changes to This Policy

 

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

8. Acknowledgement

 

By booking with The Stevens Standard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies.
