FREE Hand Model Experience
A creative collaboration session where artistry meets content creation.
Service Description
This is a complimentary (free of charge) hand/nail modeling experience designed specifically for content creation for The Stevens Standard’s social media and marketing platforms. During this extended appointment, all nail shapes, lengths, and designs are artist-selected, allowing full creative freedom to explore unique, experimental, or signature styles. This may include advanced nail art, new techniques, or specialty treatments not typically offered in standard appointments. While consideration for the client’s personal preferences will be taken into account, the ultimate design decision-making is made by Kirsten. As this is a content-focused experience, clients must be comfortable with additional time allocated after the service for photography and video content capture. Refreshments will be provided throughout the appointment for your comfort. To qualify for this experience, clients must: — Be 16 years of age or older — Not be a practicing nail technician or industry professional — Be available for weekend scheduling (as sessions are primarily booked on weekends) — Complete the intake form in full and submit a clear photo of their natural nails/hands for approval Please ensure you arrive with completely bare nails (no polish, gel, acrylic, or nail enhancements of any kind). As this is a free experience, we kindly request that you do not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in forfeiture of eligibility for any future Freehand Model Experiences with The Stevens Standard. By booking this service, you acknowledge and consent that your hands, nails, and the resulting work may be photographed and recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. This is a collaborative creative experience for individuals who are open to artistic direction and enjoy being part of a professional content creation process.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please keep The Stevens Standard informed as early as possible if your appointment is affected. As this is a reservation-based studio, last-minute cancellations have a direct impact on our business and livelihood, and we appreciate your understanding. 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling 1.1) A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 1.2) Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. 2. Same-Day Cancellations 2.1) Same-day cancellations are treated as a no-show. 2.2) The deposit will be forfeited. 3. No-Shows 3.1) A no-show is defined as: — Failing to attend an appointment — Cancelling without notice 3.2) Consequences may include: — Loss of deposit — Requirement of full prepayment for future bookings — Possible refusal of future appointments 4. Emergencies & Exceptions 4.1) True emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis. 4.2) The studio must be notified as soon as possible. 4.3) Documentation may be requested for repeat occurrences, i.e. Doctor’s note. 4.4) Repeated emergency cancellations may still result in policy enforcement. 5. Technician Cancellation Policy 5.1) In the unlikely event that The Stevens Standard must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases: — Any deposit or payment made will be fully refunded, or — The client may choose to reschedule at no penalty 5.2) The Stevens Standard will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the client, including but not limited to travel, parking, or lost time.
